Tomatillo @ Yeoksam GFC, Gangnam, Seoul

Tomatillo is a Mexican franchise restaurant in Korea. Currently, Tomatillo operates 7 different franchises, including Itaewon, Jamsil, Euljiro, etc., and expanding through out Seoul. I personally love Mexican foods. I enjoyed the food at least two times a week when I was in the States. However, it is not easy to find good Mexican food places in Seoul, but one of the Mexican restaurant I visit in Korea is Tomatillo. Most of the time, I visit the Yeoksam, Gangnam location which is in Gangnam Finance Center(GFC) building, easy to park, easy to access.

They serve a fairly great taste of Mexican foods. It may not be the original taste you would be able to enjoy in Mexico, but fairly close enough to taste 5,000 miles away from Mexico.

As it is located in the GFC building food court area, which is B1 and B2 floor. The atmosphere is very casual and gets packed with workers during lunch time.

I always take carne asada burrito or hard shell taco with fries. I have also tried the horchata but it is too sweet. The foods are little expensive as a Mexican food but still I value them enough as I love the food so much.
